We do not have an ONLINE booking system as there are just too many options. To book manually is not more work for you.
Just send us the following details:


  • Name of the tour and your start date (arrival day). If you have already received a proposal from us just state “like in your mail from [insert date]".

  • The prefered accommodation category.

  • Room type, eg. double or twin room.

  • Names of all participants and the address of the invoice payer.


  • When you want to rent a bike:

  • Your body heights and your prefered type of bike and if female or male frame wanted

  • Do you need helmets? (free of charge) If yes, please state forehead circumferences. Remember: Wearing a helmet is compulsory in Tasmania!

  • Any other special wishes you may have like high visibility vests, pannier rental, daily luggage transport or bag transfer from first to last accommodation.

  • Tell us your prefered method of payment, either credit card or by bank transfer. Remember: we allow a 1% rebate if you pay by bank transfer (fees are on you).

  • You have to accept our terms & conditions. Just write in your booking mail that you have read and accept them.



    WHAT happens NEXT?


  • We will send you a booking confirmation & invoice with payment details. You can use your credit card on an online payment facility provided by our bank.

  • After we have received your deposit we will book the hotels. If we encounter any problem we will let you know.

  • 4 weeks before departure you pay the remaining tour price.

  • After we have received full payment we will send you your personal route-description with hotel addresses.
